At Farmgate Flowers, we take the health of our plants seriously.

Throughout the growing season we regularly monitor our Dahlias for signs of pests, disease and other plant health issues. We take precautions when lifting, cleaning, dividing, storing and packing our tubers, and we do our best to prevent the spread of disease between plants.

Every tuber is carefully inspected before it is sent out, and any tubers that don't meet our standards are removed rather than sold.

While we take every reasonable precaution, plants are living things and we cannot guarantee that a tuber will remain completely free from disease after leaving our care.

Our aim is to send you healthy, quality tubers that have been grown and handled with care, while doing everything reasonably possible throughout the season to protect the health of our plants and yours.
